Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a phospholipid that is a structural component of cell membranes. It is an important phospholipid present in the brain and supports brain health. Jarrow Formulas® PS100, featuring Sharp-PS®, utilizes a concentrated form of phosphatidylserine from sunflower lecithin (soy-free) that offers excellent stability.
Adults take 1 softgel 1-3 times a day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Medium chain triglycerides (modified palm and palm kernel oil), softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), sunflower lecithin, silicon dioxide, mixed tocopherols (antioxidant) and ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant).
No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
