I always drink mineral water but I sometimes mix it and drink it. Especially when you drink on a day when swelling is anxious it will be effective the next day, so it is very good. I usually have a lot of complete food, but on the day I drank this, there are often satisfactions and I do not eat completely. It's pretty much taste like juice. I make it with half powder by the mood, but the taste is enough and it is delicious ☺
