If you want to try Puer - take it, do not hesitate. The taste is much greater than most of the fact that in our tea shops sell under the guise of Chinese Puer. If you do not talk about the real seasoned Chinese varieties (with a totally different price tag) - this is truly one of the best I have ever tasted. The advantage of flat Puer find a more convenient dosage (briquettes still need to be able to break even) and the opportunity to pick up a taste "for themselves." Pu-Erh from briquette is brewed quickly, so it's easy to miss the moment when the taste will be most suitable for you. About combinations - is to each his own, but I think that you need to drink Puer only in its pure form, without adding anything, and do not mix with other types of tea.
