So we like to try out the first variant of the marinade sauce from this manufacturer (who are interested - there is a review on my page) that we ordered on trial one more - with roasted garlic and pepper. Again, almost blindly, reviews - at least. The composition of rapeseed oil, vinegar - simple and balsamic, Dijon Mustard, slow roasted (baked or what?) Garlic, black pepper, citric acid, sea salt, basil, oregano. As in the first embodiment, there are a lot of vinegar, so in its pure form it is impossible to use, it should be used where needed vinegar. So - a great marinade for meat and poultry, wonderful salad dressing (but for a taste of sugar need to be added), and if you want to use it as a sauce - again, soften the taste a little sugar. It's really delicious, really feel the taste of Dijon mustard, garlic, stated in the title, I almost do not feel it.
