Herbal tea, is basically dried lemongrass, somewhere with inclusions of dried citrus peels, all the other components in weight cut lemongrass almost imperceptible. I, brewing for the first time, took 2 teaspoons of mixture per cup, but still insisted for a long time, as a result it was impossible to drink - too pungent smell.
