I love the grade of Japanese Sencha tea, this tea is one of the best seich that I tried! Its taste is fresh, soft, velvety ... difficult to describe, it is better to try. Sencha is a sort of green tea that is produced in Japan. In Japan, this sort of tea is very popular and widespread. The difference between senchi and other varieties of green tea is, as in climatic conditions, and the way it is processed. Basically, tea leaves are cooked at the frying pan, while the sench is steamed. After that, it goes through the process of twisting into thin strips. Outwardly, the Sencha reminds of needles, by the way, when brewing the needle is untwisted, the Japanese nicknamed this tea "spider's paw". Brewing sencha tea should be water not higher than 80-85 degrees for one minute. It can be brewed again two or three times, but the most delicious and aromatic drink is obtained from the first brew. For 200 ml of water there is one teaspoon of tea leaves. Sencha is a wonderful antioxidant, it helps us, as long as possible stay young and healthy. Sench contains less caffeine and tannin than green tea from China. This sort of tea increases efficiency, promotes normalization of weight, relieves fatigue.
