I usually buy crushed oatmeal for ayherb and I really like it, but you always want something new, and so I decided to try this, whole grains :) How not cool, and whole grains contain more useful to the body than crushed, and the more than conditioning (which can be said, quite useless). The less processing the better! :) This oatmeal I liked too! Cooking course it longer, but I'm not afraid. As well as crushed, pour it in the evening with boiling water, bring to a boil, or a little boil (if you're interested, take a look at my profile, there is a detailed recipe), turn off the gas, leave for the night, in the morning add milk and cook a little longer until tender, about 30 minutes.
