Flackers are nutrient rich flax seed crackers, made from only a few simple, whole food ingredients. Before mixing all the ingredients, the flax is first soaked in water to begin the germination process and to make them easier to chew, digest and absorb the nutrients.

Flax seeds are a nutritional powerhouse. Flax seeds are packed with fiber and contain a good mix of both soluble and insoluble fiber. They have alpha linolenic acid - an omega 3 fatty acid, plant lignans and vitamins and minerals like magnesium and thiamine.
