Those sweet quick dissolve tabs sending me to dream in about 10 minutes! I had troubles with sleeping while fighting my life with cancer, during those 2 years ( I'm tow months cancer free!), I got to a levels of 30 mg melatonin a night as the melatonin itself is a huge anti cancer agent, being anti oxidants.
